Well, folks, the campaign is complete! My goals for the campaign were ambitious – definitely of the “aspirational” sort – and though we fell short of those, we still raised over $20,000! This will completely fund the core of the project -- the commission itself -- and allow us to move forward while I continue to raise funds for our consortium partners.
To everyone who helped spread the word, advised my social media strategy, and ESPECIALLY to everyone who contributed: THANK YOU! Your generosity is going to support the creation of a brand new work of music, one that I hope will move audiences for many years to come. A special thank-you to my amazing husband Jeffrey, whose counsel, encouragement, and guidance on all matters Hungarian helped greatly in our success.
