CU-Boulder's music building to expand!

Well, friends, it's official: the University of Colorado-Boulder College of Music is getting a long-overdue and desperately needed expansion. In January they'll begin demolishing the southernmost third of the Imig Music Building and replace it with three stories of new facilities including a 2nd recital hall, rehearsal spaces, studios, practice rooms, and administrative offices. The new wing will also house an expanded Entrepreneurship Center for Music, to include an additional office for future staff and a state-of-the-art conference room. I'm so excited to see this venture finally get off the ground after years of planning (and me drafting more than one dream building of my own!). More renderings and whatnot here:
